Carribean Cruise

Thursday, June 19th, 2008

Caribbean Cruises are among the most demanded cruise vacations in the world; with almost two million plus travelers sailing on different liners every year. Warm tropical climates sprinkled with great beaches, exotic foods and excellent tourist spots in a chain of fine islands is a hot tourist destination in the world. Cruising along Caribbean is very popular as the liner anchors at different ports in different islands giving cruisers a rare opportunity to explore the whole region. Cruises to any country are fun as they offer comfort at one’s finger tips and amenities of top order.

Planning for a future Caribbean Cruise is relatively easy nowadays, as most of the cruise liners have their details listed on their own web portals. Tour operators abound all over the continent and a lightening speed service is almost assured on a click of a mouse button. A well planned tour schedule might well work advantageous as tourists clog the liners during vacation time. Depending on the season, cabins may get completely booked months before the cruise is scheduled to set sail and hotel accommodation becomes too difficult. Caribbean cruise bookings can be made either online or by tour operators. Here comes the most difficult part of the plan; choosing the right liner! Most of the cruise liners vie each other for their share of almost two million prospective travelers. The competition among these cruise line operators is very fierce and getting the major chunk of the lot is the ultimate motto! Never ever get confused as to which liner should be chosen! Well, it depends on your objective.Travelling with full family? Then choose a liner which offers facilities for tiny toddlers to mature adults. Keep in mind the comfort of elders too! Teenagers need special attention on the cruise liners. For instance, if the time allotted for the planned cruise is for the family, it makes a perfect sense to choose a Disney cruise; it might be best since these ships design activities specifically for children and teens. May be a liner which is based on family themes. There are liners for travelers on a tight budget too! Traveling couples should opt for a quiet ship with romance theme; likes of Princess Cruise is a wonder! Fat wallets can find some of the most luxurious liners which offer anything and every thing except moon! Look for liners known for their top notch services such as Crystal, Silversea, or the new Queen Mary II. However, it is best decided with a cool mind after surfing over the information provided by them in their online portals.

Of the numerous cruise liners bound to Caribbean Islands, each offers a variety of price, schedule, and island stop options. Pick your dream ship liner-be it an extravagant vacation aboard a floating luxury hotel, a romantic getaway with your loved one on a love liner, or an activity-filled voyage on a family cruiser. Almost, 20 different classes of cruise liners travel over to different parts of Caribbean! Four classes of cruises are right now available and pick any one of them depending on your objective, budget, time, places to visit and the facilities offered. Contemporary/Value class caters mostly to tight budget travels while premium, luxury and specialty classes cater to those special classes traveling on extravagance, comfort and status.

Carnival and Royal Caribbean are two of the most popular contemporary/value cruise lines and together make up almost 90% of the entire cruise industry. These are designed for people with tight budget and on popular holidays. Premium cruises are more expensive and the ships aren’t too large, but the service is considered superior to that of a contemporary/value cruise. Ocean liners like Celebrity, Princess, and Holland America boast a larger online staff for fewer passengers. . Ocean cruise liners like Seabourn, Windstar and Cunard belong to this highest class and offer top-notch service and amenities and are designed for those who are high society and premium grade. Specialty cruises like American Hawaii cruises sail to a secluded and unique destination and are exclusively designed for special passengers like elders, singles and some times gays and lesbians too.

Information Of Ceramic Tiles

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

Ceramic was known firstly in Greece, whereas it was known as non-metallic materials. These materials are shaped by heating. There are some categories of ceramic, such as traditional clays, cements, glass, pottery, bricks, and tiles. All those types have one common fact, that they can be amorphous or crystalline. As to ceramic classification, we can see the non-crystalline ceramics and the crystalline ceramic as well. As to ceramic tiles, they are described as a manufactured piece of special material. They are such as glass, metal, stone, and ceramic. Those basic tiles used in roofs, floors, tabletops, ceiling tiles, and walls covering.

Recently, there are many competitions from countries relating to ceramic tiles. We can see that Italy is considered nowadays, the leader of that tile, along with monopolizing the industry of the world. China also cooperates in this industry, while it owns multiple plants with automated stone lines. Spain, Brazil, and Turkey also are interesting in this industry. Many homes decoration is based on tiles, whether using them in ceils, roofs, walls, bathes, and kitchens in various lovely formats with mathematics shapes as well. Monday, June 16th, 2008

Decorative and practical, pot racks are the ideal way to make a difference in the kitchen; at the same time, they serve to increase the storage capacity and relieve cabinet congestion. While the pot racks may vary from being intensely modern or strictly traditional, it is an undeniable fact that they add value to the kitchen’s look and make cooking a pleasurable experience. Available in a myriad styles and shapes, pot racks are designed to suit the customer’s taste and the kitchen décor.

Aside from the commonly found ceiling-mounted hanging pot racks and the wall-mounted ones, manufacturers have also devised pot racks based on the input from customers. Some garden-gate-styled hanging pot racks presently available originated as a unique idea. Many of the hand-finished pot racks are used for the elegant display of flower pots indoors.

The custom-made pot racks are atypical, specialty pot racks in wide-ranging shapes. Rectangular, square, round, oval, and bar-shaped pot racks with decorative trimmings and hooks are very popular. The wall-mounted pot racks may also be designed for use as shelves. If the new pot rack is hanging over the kitchen island, a lighted pot rack can be built to better illumine the kitchen. Extra hooks, links, and chains with patterns are incorporated based on the customers’ request.

The custom-made pot racks for kitchens are usually made only after reviewing the pattern, followed by an assessment of the kitchen measurements to ensure the freedom of movement and comfortable working space. With an experienced, concerned designer, customers have the pleasure of a personalized service while giving life to their ideas and designs.

When To Raise Your Prices, Without Feeling Evil About It

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

There are many legitimate reasons to raise your prices. But, you need to think about more than just yourself here. That’s right, raising your prices can actually be an unselfish act, done in deep service to your cusotmers. Your customers may be missing out on important benefits to themselves if you don’t raise your prices.

WARNING: The benefits ONLY APPLY IF the higher price is coming from a place of truth and integrity in your heart. Simply raising your prices will not automatically create these benefits.

The Big Authentic Benefit of raising your prices is that your customer gets more out of your product or service, simply by paying more. How can this be true?

Whatever you are selling is meant to help change or transform your customers in some way, to make their lives better. Whether you are selling oatmeal, accounting, or Reiki, the reason you are in business is that you want to see your customers/clients doing better, happier, healthier in some fashion.

Unfortunately, the truth is that you don’t have the power to change anyone. You already know this from experience. True change comes about when people commit to change, they take it on. It could be a commitment to eating oatmeal instead of pastries for breakfast. It could be a commitment to a healthy relationship with their finances and their accounting. Either way, it’s the customer’s commitment that is responsible for the amazing results you can create with them through your business.

Strange But True

An acupuncturist client I worked with saw her clients get well more quickly, as a result of higher prices. One reason may have been that, in general, the clients more consistently followed through with what she told them to do between sessions, because, heck, “I’m paying enough for this, I probably should do what she tells me.”

This also functions on far more subtle levels. I happen to believe that when the Truth is present, miracles happen. Part of the Truth is you, in generosity, giving to your customers. Part of the Truth is admitting your mistakes, holding the highest standards you can, and keeping the customer’s best interests at heart.

Part of the Truth is also asking them to pay your True price, even if it’s higher than is presently comfortable for you.

The money a customer pays is, in part, a reflection of how present he or she is in the relationship. If the price is too low, less of the customer is present, and less presence means less change for them. They get fewer results by paying less, because they are less committed. And, if you aren’t asking them to pay the True price, then less of you is present as well.

If you have the courage to face the Truth about your pricing, everyone becomes more present, and miracles can occur.

Including the miracle of your own profitability. :-)

What are the signs that you aren’t facing the truth about your price?

Ke to Signs that You Need to Face the Truth and Raise Your Prices

• When you have overflow demand for your product or service.

Guess what? It’s time to raise your prices. Why it’s important: a business that busy is asking for creativity in terms of how its developing. Clearly you’ve struck a nerve in people, and there is more demand than you have capacity to give.

If you don’t raise your prices until you are down to 80% of your capacity (while making as much or more money), you won’t have the breathing space to develop the next level of your business, so you can figure out how to help all those people who are asking for what you are offering.

• When you find yourself exhausted and resentful, and you still don’t have enough money.

This isn’t the same as being overflowingly busy. Here, you may feel resentful and exhausted after working with just one client. You may feel bored with your business. You may feel that it’s just not worth it.

There can be any number of things going on here, but, surprisingly often, it just means your price is too low for you to feel nourished by the transaction with your client. It takes a real humility to care and give to your customers. It also takes a real humility to receive their generosity back. Be humble. Raise your prices. You’ll feel better.

• When people tell you that you don’t charge enough.

Be careful with this one: Often customers will tell you that you don’t charge enough, when what they really mean is: “This is a great value! I love your price!” If you feel good, and your business isn’t yet bursting at the seams, you probably have a perfect price.

However, if you are bursting at the seams, or you are tired and resentful, or, strangely enough no one is buying, your prices may be too low. In that case listen to the good advice, and raise them.

How to Give Yourself a $200-$1,000/Mo Pay Raise Tomorrow! Courtesy of the IRS!

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

How much income tax did you pay last year?

If you are like most people, you will say the amount of tax you paid on April 15. Others will say none, they got a refund!

It is amazing that so many people are unconscious of the fact that taxes are their biggest expense. In most households, it totals more than housing, clothing and food.

To figure out how much tax you really paid, look at your pay stub and multiply the total taxes taken out, federal, state, local and social security, then multiply by 12 or 52, depending on whether you are paid monthly or weekly. Add or subtract any additional payments you made on April 15 or deduct your refund from the annual total.

Shocked? You should be.

Ever heard of “Tax Freedom Day?” That is the day in the year when the average American has made enough money to pay his taxes for the year.

For most of the country, it is, ironically, approximately April 15. For heavily taxed North East states like New York and Connecticut, with their heavier tax burdens, it can be as late as May, 25!

Think about it. You are working on your job as much as 40% of the time, just to pay your taxes. That translates to working Monday, Tuesday and until 3:15 PM on Wednesday, every week, just to pay your taxes!

Looked at another way, each day you work from 9AM-12:20PM just to pay your taxes!

How would you like to be able to stuff a lot of that money back into your wallet? You worked hard for it, don’t let the government confiscate it, especially when you see the preferential treatment others get from our friend, Uncle Sam.

The business owner, as opposed to you, the lowly employee; is under a very different, very lenient income tax system!

Don’t believe it? What percentage of all of the income taxes paid in this country by individuals and businesses is paid by corporations, you know, big businesses, Exxon, Halliburton, Mobil, etc?

Seven (7) percent!

How do they get away with that? Don’t get me started! But rather than complain, join them. As Robert Kiyosaki, the author of the Rich Dad series says, it is easier to bend the system your way than to break it

If you are a business owner, you can write off all of your necessary, reasonable and ordinary (IRS lingo) business expenses. If there is any money left in the business, you pay taxes only on that amount.

That means the business owner has paid all of her salaries, travel, transportation, benefits and entertainment with before tax income. If she has actually spent more than the business brought in, as happens most of the time in a new business, she not only has no income tax to pay, she can write off the “loss” against other income!

Whoa! Did you get that? A business pays all of its expenses and if they exceed its income, can deduct that amount from other income.

OK, how does that affect you?

You must have a business, even a home based business, such as a Network Marketing business, “The Affordable Franchise,” I call it. An Internet based business is probably best.

As long as you are trying to make a profit and you follow the IRS’s Byzantine rules on taking and documenting your business expenses; which means you should not try this without professional tax help, you can write off your business expenses (necessary, ordinary and reasonable, of course).

The irony of this approach is that you are already paying most of these expenses now; the use of your car, entertaining, vacationing, etc. When you perform the same activities with a business objective, they magically become business deductions.

Example. You drive your family to the mall on Saturday. That is clearly not a business expense. However, you stop to make a sales call or deliver product to a client near the mall. That trip now becomes primarily a business use of your car and the government will allow you to write off approximately 36 cents per mile for business use of your car. 1,000 miles equals a $360 write off.

You go out to dinner with friends or do you take prospects or clients out to dinner, see the difference? The government will let you deduct of the dinner’s cost, providing you properly support the expense with documentation.

Certainly in the beginning, when you are getting your business off the ground, or you suddenly wake up and figure out how to re-characterize more of your personal expenses, you will probably lose money, at least on paper.

You will actually spend the same money you were already spending on cars, entertainment, travel, etc. but you cleverly gave them a business twist, so now they are deductible.

Remember, when a business loses money the government allows it to write it off against other income. Can you think of any other income you might have to write off your losses against? Come on, think really, really hard!

What about your salary. Your job or self-employment income! Right on!

You can deduct your business losses against that income.

Depending on the specific business you are in, your income, the size of your family, (you can pay your kids to perform business tasks for you and pay them a tax deductible salary as opposed to giving them an allowance!) and the quality of your tax professionals, you could write off thousands of dollars of your salary each year.

Those write offs reduce your income taxes, meaning you would get a much larger refund at the end of the year, right? But you are not going to have to wait.

You can go into work the day after you start your new business (or after you read this article!) and change the amount of tax withheld from your pay check from that point on.

In most cases, that will mean from $200-$1,000 more per month in your pay check. Your Next Day Pay Raise!

Demystify the Allegorical Misinterpretation of Bad Credit Personal Loans

Friday, June 13th, 2008

Every time you go for a loan, the bad credit trademark hits you where it should – your odds at finding a loan. For bad credit personal loan, it is necessary to discover your standing as a loan claimant. Loan borrowing is promoted as a much elementary process. And so is loan borrowing for bad credit. It is amazing that loan lending companies are willing to come forward for providing personal loans for bad credit. But you can never understand a dictum unless you heard to both sides of the version. The long queue of loan lender that you see standing in front of you is not standing there without a good reason. Bad credit personal loans implies higher rate of interest. There is money to be made from people with bad credit therefore these hoards of options.

For getting personal loan approval, get a realistic view of your position in context of finding a bad credit personal loan. Your bad credit position will make it difficult for you to get a bad credit personal loan but you can still walk past the road blocks. You can still find your very own personal loans even with bad credit. Bad credit can impair your personal loan finding scenario. Bad credit can be indicted on various grounds. People get bad credit due to default in payments on credit cards, loans, or even, due to mortgage arrears. Having County Court Judgments (CCJs) held against your name also spells bad credit. A county court judgment is registered in your name not if you lose a case in the county court, but if you do not pay the fine that you have been ordered to pay within 28 days of the judgment. Any court case or any other legal impediment can cause bad credit label to attach to your credit report.

A recent study found that more than 3 in 5 consumers have negative information in their credit report, and nearly half of the studied reports contained errors. Many of the errors were serious enough to prevent the individual from qualifying for credit. Sometimes while talking a bad credit personal loan, you don’t realize what you are getting into. Your loan lender will confirm you past record at repaying personal loans in order to certify your potential as a loan claimant. A credit checking company will have files on most of the adult population. So you can’t escape the aftermaths of bad credit. Not having a credit file is also not an encouraging phenomenon in respect of personal loans. Not having a credit file entails no credit history at all. This is often associated as worse as having a credit history.

Anyway, CCJs and other financial problems will show up on your credit record. As a bad credit personal loan claimant you are required to know that the credit checking company will look at all of the people who live at your address before providing you with a personal loan. Now there is much more to it than being a regular credit check. This is done to discipline habitude of someone with good credit history borrowing money on behalf of someone with a bad credit history. The consequence of credit check is that if you are living with someone with a bad credit record then you could have a problem getting approval for any personal loan or financial products. Your relationship with that person is not of much consequence.

Personal loans for bad credit can be taken for any purpose. The personal loans for bad credit is generally taken in small amounts and usually for non businesses purposes like home improvement and loans for financing other products. Bad credit personal loans can be either secured or unsecured and therefore can be secured on your property also. The time span for a bad credit personal loan is usually shorter than mortgage which is about 25 years. If you don’t want to go back without a bad credit personal loan gear yourself up with all the necessary information. Get your documents in order before you apply for bad credit personal loan. Also contemplate on how much you can afford to borrow your repayment plan and also inspect the current interest rates for bad credit personal loans.

Before getting an approval for bad credit personal loans it is tremendously suggested that you understand the terms credit report and credit score. Perceiving these two terms will unquestionably connote financial compensations with regard to bad credit personal loans. A credit report is a report detailing an individual’s credit history. While a credit report is a statistical method of assessing an applicant’s credit worthiness. An applicant’s credit card history; amount of outstanding debt; the type of credit used; negative information such as bankruptcies or late payments; collection accounts and judgments; too little credit history, and too many credit lines with the maximum amount borrowed are all included in credit-scoring models to determine the credit score.

Bad credit personal loan is not a loan for people with bad credit. Bad credit personal loan is more than often a way to reform negative credit score. May be those days of bad credit are over but still there are restructuring to be done. Bad credit personal loans promote credit repair by repaying debts and regain your stand in credit report.

In spite of everything not getting approval for bad credit personal loans is a myth. So is having a perfect credit. You need to comprehend that being realistic about getting approval for a bad credit personal loan is the core of the whole procedure. There is no end to options for bad credit personal loans. The only impasse is finding the right one. Subjugate any temptations to borrow more amount than affordable for bad credit personal loans. And then you will realize the queue that you saw in the beginning, the one with all those loan lenders, is still for real.

Let Go My Ego – Part 1

Friday, June 13th, 2008

What is the #1 cause of public speaking fear?

Perception.

People are afraid of how they THINK they will come across to the audience.

No one is scared of forgetting. They are scared of how forgetting makes them look.

A speaker is not afraid of freezing. He or she is worried about the THOUGHTS going through the minds of listeners at that moment.

If the room was empty a speaker could freeze, forget, stumble, bumble, break down and cry and would not care a bit. He wouldn’t be scared or worried because no one would be there to judge or critique.

Like other fears in life, most of the imagined things that could go wrong NEVER come close to happening.

Our problem over all is that we care far too much what other people think (in every area of life). Why? Because we think it reflects what we should think about ourselves. That’s ridiculous.

When you step in front of a group you should be consumed with how your message is going to HELP them, not how you could be HURT if things don’t go as planned. When you are worried about you that’s just EGO.

Do you need the audience or does the audience need you?

If the answer is found in the first half of that question, then you have an ego problem. Let go of that ego.

Warm Regards,

Paul Evans

The Free, Easy, Painless, and Simple Public Relations Tool Almost No One Uses

Friday, June 13th, 2008

You’ve tried every means of publicity for your work. You’ve paid for ads, you’ve written articles for on-line directories, you’ve done everything.

Or so you think. Because I can just about guarantee that there’s one publicity route that you’ve never used. Why? Because almost no one uses it. And that’s crazy.

Because this publicity is free. Completely. It takes a little of your time, but there’s no cost. In fact, you couldn’t buy it, even if you wanted to.

In addition to being free, it’s good publicity, the kind of indirect news that people read, think about, but usually don’t think about being a plug for your work, your writing, your website, or your practice.

And unlike a press release — which sometimes get printed, and sometimes doesn’t — this is one that almost always gets used. And it has the advantage of usually being printed quickly.

I’m talking about a letter to the editor. Free, easy, indirect, and usually printed — depending on the publication (newspaper or magazine) — within a few days or weeks. And if you write a letter to an online publication or a radio or TV program, the letter may be printed — or read on the air, in the case of radio or TV — almost immediately.

Now I’m not suggesting a ranting letter to the editor about politics or whatever. Save those for your own time. The letters I’m talking about are ones in which you give advice, suggestions, or insight into a matter of current interest (the more current the better) and casually, subtly mention your work.

The mention has to be low-key. No one wants to read a letter which is hard-core, hard-sell in mentioning your work. Instead, you bring the mentions in on the side, suggesting rather than shouting that your insights are not just those of any writer, but you: a full-fledged, bona-fide expert on the topic you write about.

Most people read letters to the editor. Most people enjoy them. They are seen as the voice of the people, the voice of those who have no ax to grind, the voice of those who bring fresh insight to a topic.

That voice, that fresh insight, can be yours. Start using letters now. It’s a new way of using an old means of bringing fresh publicity to your work. Start now.
