Our AT&T U-Verse Report

After a long time with Time Warner and with Roadrunner, I decided it was time try a new service. I was tired of continually paying more dough for less with cable and wanted to see what other options were available. Cable definitely isnt excelling when it comes to HD channels. I skipped Satellite and went withAT&T U-verse.

My service was set up ok and initially, I couldnt have been happier. The only problem at that point was that sales sold me a sports deal that never had sports. All of them were blacked out. Lo and behold this is pretty common.

Everything was fine for a couple of months, I had great service and new channels and features added regularly. The we received the DVR. I had an issue with a tv & the dvr. I waited to contact customer service. And when I did, everything blew up.

After 143 minutes on the phone with customer support, I had shutdown and updated all receives and our home gateway numerous times. After this, my service was sketchy and constantly disconnecting. He then made an time for some time later with a technician. The tech arrived and diagnosed numerous issues which he fixed. I was unsure that everything was fixed for all intents and purposes but glad that I had my service back.
